PEIXE COM TAUSSÍ FRITO
Fish fried with black beans

300g firm-fleshed fish
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 cm knob of ginger, finely sliced
1 tbsp black beans (tao see)
1 tbsp brown beans (min si)
2 small chillies, sliced
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch mixed with a little water
pepper and salt to taste
Cut the fish into 2 cm cubes and fry gently in a little oil (do not overcook).
In a saucepan, fry the onions in a little oil; when half golden, add all the other ingredients
Cook the sauce for a while, then add the pieces of fried fish fillets and cook a little to allow the flavour to permeate the fish.
