CHOCOLATE SAGO PUDDING

6 tbsp sago
6 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
5 cups milk
110g | ¼ lb sweetened cooking chocolate
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 slice butter
Separate egg whites and add 4 tsp sugar and whip till it peaks.
Cook all remaining ingredients.
Lastly fold white mix and mix thoroughly. Pour into mould and bake 1 hour at 350°F | 175°C.
